The in-service training programs planned for the 2025-26 academic year have been successfully completed at Near East Preschool and Nursery. As part of the training, which began in June, teachers had the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in important areas such as program development, organizing educational environments, recognizing and supporting children's socio-emotional needs, sensitivity to differences, empathy, participation, critical and creative thinking, active listening, inclusiveness, multiculturalism, and appreciation of diversity.
Throughout the training programs, workshops and hands-on activities, conducted with the active participation of teachers, facilitated the application of theoretical knowledge to daily practice. This enabled teachers to develop more creative, solution-oriented approaches that consider children's individual differences in classroom practices.

Kavaz emphasized that by regularly conducting such in-service training every year, they aim to equip teachers with current educational approaches and support children's development in the best learning environments. She said, “With the completion of the in-service training, our teachers are well-equipped and motivated for the new academic year.”
