Health *
To meet our students' health needs, our school has an experienced nurse trained in first aid. The infirmary operates during school hours every day. All Near East Preschool students are covered under a special insurance plan provided free of charge. The list of coverage and an informational booklet regarding Near East Life Young Health Insurance will be shared with parents following the school opening.

Safety *
The safety of the educational environment is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our students. Parents are expected to hand their children over to the duty teacher at the school entrance and to pick them up from the duty teacher at dismissal. Information about the waiting area where a student will be handed over to their parent will be shared via WhatsApp groups. Visitors are directed to the secretary by the security officer at the school entrance, where identification information is collected and a visitor record is created.

Nutrition *
Our school’s meal menus are prepared under the supervision of a dietitian, taking into account the developmental needs of our students. Meals are served in packaged form without direct contact, and menu details are shared weekly with parents through agendas. Students go to the cafeteria with their teachers, accompanied by their classmates. All students are encouraged to eat healthily and maintain balanced nutrition during meals and class discussions. Information regarding students with food allergies is closely monitored, and special meals are provided. It is the responsibility of parents to inform the school. For students with food allergies, it is mandatory to share a doctor’s report and a list of allergy-causing foods with the school administration.

Transportation
Students are assigned to buses based on their age and routes. Buses arrive at the school according to the morning entrance time. At school dismissal, students will return home using the buses that depart after classes end. Registration for transportation will continue until Friday, September 6. Students who have not completed the registration process will not be able to benefit from this service.

All registered students receive a uniform set at the beginning of each academic year. This set includes the following items:

Parents who wish to purchase items beyond the provided sets can obtain them from the store located at Near East Primary School or from IKAS Supermarket.
